TVA provided funding for the acquisition of the Phillips Wildlife
Demonstration Area.  This connects the Mud Creek Wildlife Management Area to
the Skyline Martin Management Area and provides an 80,000 acre greenway that
runs from south of the Tennessee River to North of the Tennessee State Line.

For outstanding leadership in conservation in the Tennessee and Cumberland
River Watersheds.  This area is cited by National Geographic Magazine as the
